Hoy Announces Senior Management Appointments
Anne Kelly named Vice President of Advertising Sales Mike Odegaard promoted to Vice President of Circulation

CHICAGO, Dec. 2, 2005 – Hoy, the nation's leading Spanish-language newspaper, with daily editions in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, announced appointments to two senior management positions. Anne Kelly will join Hoy December 12 as the Vice President of Advertising Sales. In her new position, Kelly will be responsible for the overall sales efforts of Hoy including developing plans and coordinating company wide sales to meet business objectives and achieve maximum results. Kelly is a 15-year veteran of newspaper advertising sales with local and major account experience. She currently is the Director of Major Accounts for the Chicago Tribune.

Hoy announced the promotion of Mike Odegaard to the new role of Vice President of Circulation, effective immediately. Mike will oversee circulation strategy in Hoy's three markets – New York, Los Angeles and Chicago – working closely with the local market General Mangers and Circulation personnel. Additionally, Mike will be responsible for the oversight of all audit reporting and Hoy's relationships with the CAC and ABC. Mike has been with the Tribune Company since 1989 in various circulation roles. His last two assignments included serving as Director of Circulation for Hoy's Chicago edition and as National Circulation Manager for the Chicago Tribune.
